But I’m not someone who likes to exclude a group of people. I’ll also write about regular ways for everyone to build a great body, and do it in the cleanest and healthiest way possible!
So even though my articles focus on vegans and vegetarians, and especially healthy and green food that provides your body with a lot of energy, all of the advice given here is still applicable to absolutely anyone who is interested in being fit and fresh!

I’m here to break any and all of these myths, because there are a lot of professional bodybuilders out there who have broken out of the mold, and have even won various bodybuilding competitions on nothing else but plant-based foods!
They have given up meat, and other animal-based products, and still got the body that any Greek God would be envious of!
I’ve been a vegan for the last 7 years, and it has never stopped me from having an amazing physique!
